Pronouns الضمائر

Noun phrase أو العبارة الإسمية Noun الضمير هو كلمة تحل محل أو تأتي بديلا عن الإسم

:مثال

- John speaks English.

:إذا استبدلنا إسم جون بضمير تصبح الجملة

- He speaks English.

:تنقسم الضمائر في اللغة الإنجليزية إلى تسعة أقسام

 أولا: ضمائر الإشارة

Demonstrative Pronouns                                                                                      

- This - that - these - those - such

:أمثلة

- That idea was mine.

- I will not forget this.

- Such is his fate.

ثانيا: الضمائر الشخصية

Personal Pronouns 

a- Subject Personal Pronouns: I - you - he - she - it - we - they

:أمثلة

- I never take the bus to school.

- We are Muslims.

- You need a new car.

b- Object Personal Pronouns: Me - you - him - her - it - us - them

- My mother gave this to me.

- They sent you an e-mail.

ثالثا: ضمائر الملكية

Possessive Pronouns 

- Mine - yours - his - hers - ours - yours - theirs

رابعا: الضمائر الإنعكاسية

Reflexive Pronouns 

Myself - yourself - himself - herself - itself - ourselves - yourselves - themselves - oneself

خامسا: الضمائر الإستفهامية

Interrogative Pronouns

سادسا: ضمائر النفي

Negative Pronouns 

No one - nobody - nothing - neither - none
